This was our second time working with Greg and his team and we couldn't be happier about it. We worked with Eli and his team when we decided to sell our house in Inver Grove Heights, MN. We were facing a few challenges. Foremost, we were relocating out of MN so needed a realtor who can maintain long-distance communication along with taking the responsibility of keeping up the maintenance of the house. We had lived in that house for just short of two years and were moving in January. We had hoped for spring market but as it tuned out spring decided to skip MN in 2019. Lastly, it was our first time selling our house. Eli and Deborah proved to be a great team. Eli helped us navigate the technical and financial areas, whereas Deb took care of the aesthetic sides, helping with staging, photography, online visibility, and arranging house showings. We found Eli to be mindful of our expectations, opinions, and feedback but at the same time assertive in terms of market trends and contributing from his experiences and expertise. Most importantly, they took great care of our house since we had moved out of the state and could not be there for the day to day upkeep. Specifically, following one severe snowstorm (did I mention the house is in Minnesota), our garage electricity connection got tripped. Our HOA kept pounding us to fix that. Eli spent a significant amount of time in investigating with bulb replacement and figuring out the issue and took care of that. He was in contact with our HOA, thus allowing us to settle into our new home, in a new city without distraction and we really appreciated that. When we received offers, Eli was very professional in presenting those, being mindful of not introducing any undue influences, presenting his opinion after we had reviewed the offers and had formed our own opinions. He helped us understand the nuances of each offer (which were a lot). He was vocal whenever we were unreasonable in our counteroffers and supported what we deemed necessary to us. Eventually, we received a reasonable offer, and his team took care of the entire closing process in our absence and funds were readily available to us. We also found him to be innovative. When the buyer had a delay in securing the mortgage, he coordinated with the buyers to come up with rental lease for a few days followed by closing. All in all, we could not have had a better experience than we did with Eli and his team. We will definitely use his expertise if we move back to MN :). The business he runs is fantastic, not only does he put in his best effort to find you the best home but he always makes sure to take care of all your needs afterwards. When we met Eli we knew right away we wanted Safi to sell our home. Elie was absolutely wonderful to work with - he was willing to adjust his schedule to meet us to view homes and was honest with us about costs. I had a high level of anxiety about the home buying process, but Elie was a calming, experienced presence and would have been far more painful without him. I cannot recommend him enough!
Eli is very attentive to your concerns. He is an excellent negotiator. He looks out for your interests while also being sensitive to all the parties involved. Creative in his approach to marketing, he was also realistic. Honesty and sincerity are his modus operandi. As first time home sellers, we asked a lot of questions and Eli always patiently and timely responded to all of them. Highly recommended.
